Tull und das Coronavirus

JETHRO TULL·MONTAG, 9. MÄRZ 2020·2 MINUTEN
To all our fans and ticketholders for upcoming tours in the light of this growing epidemic affecting much of the world in the last weeks, please read this.
We learn today that the closure by the Italian health authorities of the two theatres in Torino and Legnano remains in force for the weeks beyond our shows. As a result our promoter in Italy has secured and confirmed alternative dates in November, the earliest period in which we have the availability of band and crew due to other concerts already committed to.
Jethro Tull will now perform in Torino on November 3rd and in Legnano on November 5th.
Tickets already purchased will be valid for the new dates. Our thoughts are with the Italian public in this time of stress and uncertainty.
In other countries and on other tours, we are at the mercy of local restrictions should they be put in place. We and our promoters will not be the ones to initiate cancellation or postponement of any concerts. Local government may perhaps enforce further disruption to our touring plans this year in various countries. But your health and well-being is most important and so we all have to accept any such changes to our schedule.
It is too early to predict what changes, if any, may have to be made but we will announce any postponements immediately on the tour page of our website should they become reality.
Apologies for this from the band and me but we have no choice in the matter. Fingers crossed that the rest of our 2020 concerts and tours can go on as planned.
Thanks for your understanding.
Ian Anderson.

- nur: What's The Hell With The New Album???
