I agree 100 % with A Passion Play as the best Tull album. It is my favourite too.
I heartely disagree with Under Wraps as the worst Tull album (see heated discussions somewhere else on these pages).
As for the rest, well, that depends on my mood. Especially for all albums from This Was to -A-. There all class A in my book. Crest, Rock Island and Catfish are o.k. though Rock Island is by far the worst of the lot. Roots To Branches is in my opinion a return to form, albeit a very short one. I don't care too much for Dot Com.
You've left out Nightcap. Presumably because it is a compilation. I like CD 2 quite a lot. Don't care too much for CD 1. In my mind it just shows why Tull left the Chateau D'Isaster and had another go at A Passion Play in England.

Interesting list, but in my opinion Minstrel and Benefit should be ranked higher.
