Auf der Seite von Jethro Tull ist ein Video als stream verfügbar, der Anderson bei einem Gastauftritt bei Tinkara zeigt und der verwundert mich sehr.

... ich meine ein richtiger Auftritt für eine Person wie Anderson, Ansage, Scheinwerfer spielen, die Halle macht sich bemerkbar (!!!!)

...ich muß es so sagen, aber jetzt beim Anderson Konzert in Düsseldorf kam es mir so als wenn eine Schülerband auf die Bühne kommt und auch das Publikum hat so reagiert und das bei Preisen von EUR 59,00.

Es war musikalisch gesehen ein tolles Konzert, bis auf die Keyboards bei Up The Pool , die waren total daneben....., aber bei 59,00 Ocken kann man ja auch ein wenig Show erwarten, weil lieb sind wir alle, nur zahlt da keiner Geld für.

So, ich halte meine Einstellung bis zur Sommertour zurück und werde einen neuen Versuch starten..... und höre in der Zwischenzeit noch mal das Intro zur Rock Island Tour an, das funzte wenigstens noch.

Die 7:09,4 Minuten lange "Intro-Improvisation" war gewagt, doch durchaus gelungen...

Nur Ian hätte sich die paar Zeilen an Songtext auch merken können :P

Es ist wunderbar! Sehr schon! Die schuler wie der meister wilkommen sagt. Ich bin fan der 'king der rock flute', aber diese 'princes der rock flute' ist auch eine Kandidat.

Ich hoffe das es fluteduel auf der Orchestra DVD kommt. Bonustrack?

Hab' da gerade eben erstmals einen Blick reingeworfen .... und muß sagen, dass das das mit Abstand Originellste ist, was ich von Anderson seit Jahren gesehen habe. Hatte sicherlich auch einen "Hauch" von alten "My God" Solos ... aber halt auf zeitgemäßem Niveau. Zeigt mir, dass der "alte Mann" es doch noch kann ... leider viel zu selten in den letzten Jahren.

Would be cool to see Tinkara! I like her music, and hope I have the chance to see her indeed with Jethro Tull next year (although I'm afraid she only appears in eventually Italian, Austria and Croatian gigs).

I, on the other hand, just can't get it. Her hit "Place 2 Be" sounds like a crap to me. I can't understand why Ian agreed to support her career

For a long time the fluteduet between Ian and Tinkara is online on the official Jethro Tull website. Just listened to it again in a long time, and it's amazing again. But my computer (damn RealPlayer) only plays it on low quality.

But I know this is brought out on a promosingle. Who can help me to get a proper MP3 file of it? Or even better - a good quality-video. Maybe some of you have it, or know how to get it. Would be great if someone can help me!
